Highcroft Apartment Homes is a pet-friendly community. Our sweeping, manicured landscaping provides a beautiful setting for your pet to play in.
- Non-Refundable $300 fee per cat, $400 per dog
- Monthly pet rent of $35 per cat, $50 per dog
- Two pets per apartment. No weight restrictions.

Restricted Animals
Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds:
- Akita
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Bull Terrier
- Chow
- Doberman
- German Shepherd
- Husky
- Pit Bull
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Wolf Hybrid
We also cannot accept exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Other pets may also be restricted. Please call the leasing office or speak to one of our Leasing Consultants for further information.
