All animals must be pre-approved with a Veterinarian statement of good health.

  • Dogs up to 50 lbs & Cats Allowed
  • Maximum 2 Pets per Apartment
  • Pet Fees:
    • Non-Refundable Fee: $400 per Dog | $30/Month Pet Rent per Dog
    • Non-Refundable Fee: $300 per Cat | $30/Month Pet Rent per Cat
