Eagle Rock Apartments at Swampscott is a pet-friendly community. Our sweeping, manicured landscaping provides a beautiful setting for your pet to play in.
Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

- $50 Monthly Pet Rent
- $250 Fee for 1 Pet; $350 Fee for 2 Pets
- Non-Refundable $50 Doggie DNA
- 2 Pet Limit with Management Approval

Restricted Animals
Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds:
- Akita
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Bull Terrier
- Chow
- Doberman
- German Shepherd
- Husky
- Pit Bull
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Wolf Hybrid
We also cannot accept exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Other pets may also be restricted. Please call the leasing office or speak to one of our Leasing Consultants for further information.
