Bay Ridge at Nashua Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

Restricted Animals

Our pet-friendly community welcomes most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds:

Akita
American Staffordshire Terrier
Bull Terrier
Chow
Doberman
German Shepherd
Husky
Pit Bull
Presa Canario
Rottweiler
Wolf Hybrid

We also cannot accept exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Other pets may also be restricted. Please call the leasing office or speak to one of our Leasing Consultants for further information.
