Bunt Commons II is a pet friendly community. Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

Dogs Allowed

• No Aggressive Breeds
•  $50 Monthly Pet Rent
• $250 Pet Fee
• Non-Refundable $50 Doggie DNA
• 2 Pet Limit (not to exceed 20 lbs.)

Cats Allowed

• Breed Restrictions Apply
• $25 Monthly Pet Rent
• $200 Pet Fee
• 2 Pet Limit (not to exceed 20 lbs.)

The following pets are restricted:

• Snakes
• Livestock
• Ferrets
• Rabbits
• Reptiles
