Eagle Rock Apartments & Townhomes at Rensselaer is a pet friendly community. Our majestic manicured landscaping provides a beautiful setting for your pet to play in.

Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

Dogs Allowed

  • No Aggressive Breeds
  • $50 Monthly Pet Rent
  • $500 Pet Fee
  • Non-Refundable $50 Doggie DNA
  • 2 Pet Limit (not to exceed 75 lbs.)

Cats Allowed

  • Breed Restrictions Apply
  • $50 Monthly Pet Rent
  • $500 Pet Fee
  • 2 Pet Limit (not to exceed 75 lbs.)
