Vandenburgh Place, an Eagle Rock Community is a pet-friendly community. Our majestic manicured landscaping provides a beautiful setting for your pet to play in. 

Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house-trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.

• $50 Monthly Pet Rent
• $500 Pet Fee
• 2 Pet Limit 

Cats Allowed

• Breed Restrictions Apply
